Program Fees

The LifeSwitch 14 Week Recovery Program includes:

A thorough drug and alcohol evaluation to determine severity and self-honesty
Screenings for depression, anxiety and trauma to determine secondary goals
Collaborative treatment planning meeting between counselor & client
Family inclusion (automatic if client is under 18; otherwise with client permission)
All books, videos and other materials necessary to complete the program
14 weeks of one-on-one sessions with counselor in varied frequencies depending on specific needs of client (from one 60 min session/wk to four 90 min sessions/wk)

Session costs are $120 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 minutes. Discounts are available for pay-in-advance clients.

Pay-in-advance option is refundable on a pro-rated basis in counselor must terminate the relationship due to his inability to fulfill services including but not limited to loss of certification, extended illness etc. Otherwise the amount paid is non-refundable or transferable. Client does have up to 12 months from treatment start to use sessions paid for.
